Chamomile Tea |

I just want to say thanks to Karen who recommended a particular chamomile tea. I've never liked the taste of chamomile tea before, but this one is actually
the whole flowers and is wonderful. Anyway I'm drinking a cup every night before bed and it's definitely helping me to sleep through.

Wow that's great news! I had my first 'proper' camomile tea in Florence and have been searching for it ever since. When I finally found some I couldn't believe the difference. It's also nice because you have to use a real teapot - a small one!- and it's so much more satisfying and relaxing than putting a tea bag in a cup! How nice to use something to help you sleep that is actually good for you!! xx |

I use a cup! LOL It's a special design with a ceramic filter in the top that you can remove when the flowers have steeped for long enough. Did I mention that I hate washing out tea pots? |

I can think of worse things to have to wash out!! I was in my tea shop yesterday and had a cup of green tea and pomegranate. Interesting but not brill. I am determined to try all their teas, and there are about 100!, except gunpowder! Yuk! Still waiting to see if they can get hold of fresh green tea. xx |

Oh if they can please send me a pack. I've only ever had it once, straight from China. It was so much better than any other I've tasted.

I believe it has to be treated as "fresh" produce (i.e. refrigerated). So, it may not be possible.
